What you provide

How to order

Two routes, both in writing

A toolkit license is bought online and downloaded straight away. A fixed-price service is ordered on a written quote: scope, price, turnaround and payment terms are set out before you commit.

AToolkit license

Online, no quote needed

  1. Choose the license levelCompany or personal use, Team or Consultancy / White label, on the toolkit's product page, where each level's price is shown. The Company or personal use level is open to consumers; Team and White label are for businesses only, which enter the legal name and the registration or VAT number of the licensed entity.
  2. Pay on GumroadBy card or PayPal. Gumroad, which resells the toolkits, takes the payment and adds VAT or sales tax at checkout according to your country. From your receipt you can generate an invoice, in your company's name if you buy for it; EU businesses can add their VAT number there.
  3. DownloadThe files and the license terms, immediately, from your receipt or your Gumroad library. Updates included for 12 months. Consumers can withdraw within 14 days, even after download, whatever the level ordered (Withdraw from contract here; Terms of Service, section 23).

  3. Approval and 50% depositYou sign the quote or issue your purchase order, pay the deposit as set out in the quote and send your file. It is checked within 3 working days; if it is out of scope, the deposit is refunded in full.
  4. Delivery and balanceThe deliverable is sent in writing within the service's turnaround, counted from the complete file; the 50% balance is due on delivery. One round of in-scope revisions can be requested within 10 working days.

Before you order

Why order by message rather than online?

Gumroad, the platform behind this shop, only lets accounts that are at least 30 days old sell services ('commission' products). Until then, each order goes through the messaging of the LinkedIn page and is confirmed by a written quote and the Terms of Service, with a 50% deposit and the balance on delivery.

How is a service paid for?

In two instalments: a 50% deposit at order, then the 50% balance on delivery. Payment arrangements are set out in the quote. Sums paid at order are part-payments, not forfeitable deposits.

Why are prices in euros, excluding VAT?

The services are performed and accounted for in euros by a French company, and most clients are in France or elsewhere in the EU; one price grid applies in both languages. Any applicable VAT is added. For the services open to consumers (currently the rental strategy review; the other three are paused for now), the price including 20% VAT is also shown: €468 for the rental strategy review, €178.80 or €298.80 for the quote review (1 quote, or 2 or 3 quotes), €948 for the pre-design brief and €588 or €948 for the cost estimate (up to 100 m² or up to 250 m²).

Buying as a consumer: what are your rights?

The rental strategy review (service 01) is open to you, at the VAT-inclusive price shown. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Withdraw from contract here) and free access to the consumer mediator: Société de la Médiation Professionnelle (SMP), Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France – www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr (requests in French). The quote review, pre-design brief and cost estimate are paused for now; the other services are for business customers only. The toolkits are open to you at the Company or personal use level: you can withdraw within 14 days, even after download, and you have the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity (Terms of Service, section 23). Prices exclude taxes; VAT for your country is added at checkout. The Team and White label licenses are for businesses only.

Which language are the deliverables in?

This edition delivers its reports in English. The IT tender specification can be written in English or, for a French public tender, in French; the BMS works specification for a building in France is in French for the tender, with an English summary. For the network, IT cost and telecom audits, your documents can be in English or French.

Is there a site visit or any work on our systems?

No. The services are performed remotely from the documents you provide: no visit, no measurement, no access to your systems, no construction work.

Is this legal, tax or financial advice?

No. These are decision-support services. Regulatory points are factual and dated, and must be confirmed by a qualified professional or the relevant authority. No result or saving is guaranteed.

What role does artificial intelligence play?

Artificial intelligence tools help analyse documents and prepare deliverables; every deliverable is reviewed and approved before delivery.

Confidentiality: what happens to our documents?

They are treated as confidential, used only for your order and shared only with the software tools and technical providers listed in the Terms of Service. They are deleted no later than 3 months after the revision period. Your name and project are never cited as a reference without your written consent. Do not send any password, key or secret, and anonymise any personal data that is not needed.

Can you sign our non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes. Attach it to your request: it is reviewed and, if it is compatible with the service, signed before you send your documents. If you have no template, a simple mutual NDA can be offered. It supplements the Terms of Service and changes neither the scope nor the price in the quote.

Can the work be subcontracted?

Not by default: MOE CAPITAL performs the service itself, using the software tools listed in the Terms of Service, including artificial intelligence tools. A subcontractor may only be involved with your prior written consent: they are named in the quote or in an amendment, bound by the same confidentiality and data protection obligations, and MOE CAPITAL remains your sole point of contact and responsible for the service.

What insurance does MOE CAPITAL have?

MOE CAPITAL has professional liability insurance (Orus policy); the certificate, stating the insurer, policy number and coverage, is available on request before work starts. MOE CAPITAL does not have ten-year construction insurance (assurance décennale), which is why the tailored BMS works specification (service 12) is temporarily unavailable.

What is not offered?

Full design and works management (maîtrise d'oeuvre), time-and-materials PMO or any day-rate work, evaluation of bids received after a BMS tender, site visits, measurements, remote interventions and technical support.

What turnaround should we expect?

License: immediate download after payment; consumers have 14 days to withdraw. Service: a reply to your message within 3 working days, a quote within 5 working days of receiving the information requested, your file checked within 3 working days, then delivery within 10 to 20 working days depending on the service, from receipt of the complete file. No more than two orders are in progress at once: if capacity is reached, the quote states the earliest possible start date.
